  Everybody there that works in the front are very nice and considerate. They were very friendly respectful and helpful. They gave me and my wife a fighting chance to get our truck back even though we were late on payments. I strongly recommend anyone that needs money to go to this place with your title and get a loan they will help and give you a reasonable payment plan.

  The ladies at Western Finance are wonderful and helpful. I get help with cash I need and I'm building my credit at the same time. I highly recommend Western Finance.   This place calls me out of the blue and tells me I’m approved for a 500$, I’m like kool but I didn’t ask for one and there like welp too bad you cashed a check we sent you. Ask me to send a picture of my ID DL to Lilly via email to match up signatures then tells me it’s too hard to tell , now the branch wants me to come to the office to fill out a bunch of fraud paperwork or there going to put it on my credit report !!!! This company sounds fraudulent and will steal you identity!!

  Ms.Lilly is very professional and very sweet and fast and efficient. She helped me get a loan very easily when every other company turned me down! I highly recommended western finance for a great and friendly staff.

  I have been a customer for many years and everytime I need a loan or help with merchandise they have always been there for us, Herman is always calling me or my husband to see how things are going and if we need help with anything and the lady's in the office are always so friendly there on Bandera rd and that is the only location we go to because of the kind service.

  I won’t be doing business with this company ever again. They call and harass you at your job ! Lisa and Lily are very unprofessional will hang up on you to get their last word in Call the Corporate office and report them ! Hours are very inconvenient for customers who work 8-5

  Always there when I need a little extra help. Simple and easy process. The ladies that run the office are really friendly and helpful. If you need a small loan this is the place to go to.
