  I have been doing business with Ms. Kelly and Ms. Brenda for a few years now and all I can say is these ladies are top notch! They are very helpful and are always ready with answers to any questions I have. If they don't have the answer they will take no time in getting it. Thank you Ms. Kelly and Ms. Brenda for all you do.   I have been a customer with western finance for about 2 years now and I ONLY TRUST Mrs.Kelly & Ms.Brenda with my finances, they have been so faithful in helping me repair my credit from the start and also giving me financial advice on other things too like buying cars ! They both have been here not only for me but for my family they helped my granny,mother, brothers, and friends with Taxes and Credit repair !! What I’m trying to say is this is THE PLACE TO BE WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY ! They will help you in ways you didn’t even know you needed i love it here and will never look for another accountant for as long as Mrs.Kelli and Mrs.Brenda is alive ! I’m

  Every since I Eva Jiles became a customer her on December 23 2017 Mrs.Kelly has been wonderful she's Been very respectful Patient and kind She also breaks down information when I don't understand Mrs.Kelly them has been great great Very professional and great work ethics

  I just left the store and while I was unable to get approved, the customer service was so great. Miss Kelly told me what I needed to do to get myself approved in the future and she really gave me some helpful financial advice. I truly appreciate her taking the time to lead me in the right direction so that I can get my finances back on track. Nobody has even been this helpful or this nice to me. I'll be back once I've got it together and I have no doubt Miss Kelly will be there for me. :-)

  I went into the office and was assisted by Kelli. She was extraordinarily polite and very attentive to my needs. She was able to approve me quickly but I wound up staying longer just because she was so pleasant to speak with. She helped me set up a workable repayment plan and I am so happy to have been helped by her. I've referred 7 people since. Thank you!!!!

  Let me just say I am not one to leave reviews, however, I am so relieved that I found Kelli at Western Finance Baytown and my experience with her deserves special note! I admittedly am not as tax educated as I should be as a business owner and Kelli took the reigns and handled everything while educating me as we worked together never once made me feel small or less than as I asked questions (I’m sure repeatedly) She was professional, polite, and concise every step of the way. She has a client FOR LIFE! Thank you Kelli!
