  I been dealing with western finance for a while now. Their customer service is awesome! Unfortunately today when i called to make a payment i was informed that this was my last payment over the phone and from now on i will have to go in person. In my case this is bad news since i work all day and my job is located way too far from them. ( this is the reason why i put them 4 stars) Hopefully western finance management will change their mind about this decision. :( - Lili Villarreal
