  Worst manager and customer service I have ever encountered. The teller who usually helps me is absolutely wonderful but when a problem arises and you need clarification from a manager she is extremely rude ! As I was speaking to her she literally walked away from me and went to her office and ignored me because I asked for the policy information in a civil tone. If you have no issues or questions it's just a typical bank but if you need manager good luck. Poor representation.

  This bank is a joy to work with, friendly people who treat their customers well. And service that goes above and beyond. Also they have a night drop for cash deposits, very handy.

  They charge nearly $4 to use the ATM. Needed quarters and pennies ... they required ID for a cash transaction. Took 10 minutes ... now driver’s license has permanent mark. What did they do? No explanation. Never before!

  Our neighbors at Western are always friendly, helpful, and kind. They know us by name, ask after the kids hobbies, support the local community 4H/FFA, participate in community events. Western has small town roots and specializes in agriculture lending. Its a pleasure doing business with them!
