  This is a very friendly easy to work with credit union. They have been so helpful with being so good at explain every step of the process for the home improvement loan they gave us. Probably the best financial institution to work with around. Was like having one of my best friends take care of everything. For the record no one I worked with had I met until this process. Five Star Credit union by far.

  I like this bank. I've never had problems that weren't addressed too my satisfaction, or a bad experience with them. They have been very helpful building my credit and storing money over the years. Easy credit cards and debit cards, low or no fees generally, and membership household perks all great.

  Service is mixed. The experienced staff is great. The new staff need experience and training in certain areas. Overall very good service. Rates on loans good. Support when needed is also great.

  The lack of communication is unreal. By far the worse bank I've dealt with. They hear you, but don't listen/care.

  I brought my dog with me to run errands today and they gave me a dog treat for them! They’re always so friendly and quick here but this was above and beyond wonderful customer service! Thank you to the gentleman that helped me today, who also made my puppy extremely happy!

  Westconsin Credit Union is the best bank my wife and I have been with them for over 10 years they have helped us get loans when no one else would they took a chance on us and we appreciate them for that

  Terrible customer service. Their service reps straight up lie. My family and I have been customers for years but I'm seriously considering switching banks recently. Very disappointed.

  Informs customers that their checking accounts don't matter for building credit report. Truth is checking accounts do!!! Talked to a bank customer service that told me no, but informed me if it goes negative it will show against your score... IMPORTANT TO NOT LIE!!! CHECKING ACCOUNTS CAN GO AGAINST YOU!!!! IMPROVEMENT TO INFORM THE young who are trying to build their credit report instead of lying to them!!! WORST TO INFORM AND TEACH YOUNG!!!
