  We were looking for a house from almost 2,000 miles away in a seller’s market. If it hadn’t been for Diane, we wouldn’t have found our dream home. She searched for homes, checked them out for us, was flexible with our traveling schedules, and let us know everything we needed to about the area. I couldn’t recommend them more!

  If I could give them more stars I would! Diane was great to work with and had more patience than I probably would have had with my husband & I. We started out looking for land, then looking at homes, then went back to looking at land! Lol! She drove us all over Westcliffe and some surrounding areas without complaint! We appreciate all she did to find us our dream property to build our future home on! We haven't built anything yet but every time we visit Westcliffe, we always stop in to see Diane and the crew at Westcliffe Home & Ranch. And they welcome us like we're old friends. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a caring and very knowledgeable real estate team! They know Westcliffe because they are part of this community, and have been for many years now.   I have had the pleasure of buying a beautiful piece of property from the amazing people at Westcliffe Home and Ranch. I live several states away and my job makes it difficult to break away on short notice. Bruce and Diane worked hard and found the spot that was perfect for me.
