  If you are looking for a stress free, smooth home buying process I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Debbie.   Debbie was referred to me when I was shopping for a mortgage. After walking in off the street without an appointment I was treated very kindly by the front desk administrative assistant. Debbie was able to see me within a few minutes and was very helpful in answering my questions. As the process of getting a mortgage loan continued Debbie was very helpful and was able to make time for me every time I popped in unannounced. I was able to secure a loan that worked well for me in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience and would highly recommend her services.

  One of the best things you can do to make buying your home as easy as possible is to have good rapport with your lending agent. We got that and more with Senior Lending Agent, Peggy Dunn!! My husband and I were working out of the state when we finally found our perfect home. Peggy made the loan process super simple and we were in constant contact with her via phone or text when we couldn’t be there in person. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had all the needed documents in the appropriate time frame and to make sure we both understood all the important papers before signing to get the loan. When we needed her, she was there for us days, nights, weekends and holidays! Peggy was friendly, thoughtful and truly cared about our unique situation. She is intelligent, hard working and very resourceful. If there’s a program out there for your unique situation, she will certainly find it.
