  I was given Westbury bank as a referral from a customer of mine and sent an email to a representative named Stacy about getting a loan. Stacy responded within a few minutes getting information from me and sending my loan documents via email, which I felt was great customer service, but when I found out it was her day off, I was floored! Thank you!

  My experience with Westbury bank was beyond poor. I wish I could leave 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. Consumers in the Milwaukee metropolitan area have soo many options when it comes to choosing a bank for their personal use, all of which offer the same basic financial services. What separates these thanks from one another is the level of customer service they provide. Westbury Bank has horrible I repeat horrible customer service. I arrived at 4:59 p.m. on a Friday afternoon to cash a check only to find that the bank was closed, doors locked lights off. The bank should have been open until 5pm on Friday (which is of course a pretty big day for banks as most people get paid on Friday) and this location was closed. Yes it was only 1 minute early but when you drive 35 mins across town to cash a check you would expect the bank to take care of your need if you are there before closing which I was. Do yourself a solid and find a bank that truly values your business. Westbury Bank DOES NOT VALUE IT CUSTOMERS.

  Mike, we apologize for the negative experience you've recently had with us. Unfortunately, you do not appear to be a current customer and it is our understanding that the Branch Manager spoke to you at that time about the lengthy process of cashing a non-customer check. Please also know that our building locks are on an automatic timer and we have contacted building maintenance to correct the internal clock.

  Poor service and it's really hard to even find were the bank is when you go into the building
