  Horrible customer service, they do not return calls, they cannot get customer information correct in the computer. They do not file claims in a timely manner and customer's claims get denied. ):

  Recently got a debt consolidation loan. The process was Smooth, fast and easy. Everything was done on phone and online. I've done my banking with this Credit Union for around 45 yrs and have watch the changes and growth over the years for the better. A great place to do business.

  The lady lied about making automatic payments, you can make automatic payments, and bypass the extra $7 fee.

  ONLY gave one star because it wouldn’t let me make a review without it. HORRIBLE banking, very unprofessional and unorganized, employees are confused and incompetent. You’re better off banking with a drug attic. RACHEL MCCARTHY(the manager) is extremely rude and not personable at ALL, mind you this was during the COVID-19 pandemic and I am a full time college student. Extremely rude and inconsiderate, just in it for the money.

  Great bank for both personal and business. I have used this bank for almost 10 years and love the way everyone is so attentive and truly kind. I'd highly recommend using West Community!

  Been a member for almost 2 years... This place is VERY under staffed on Saturdays, always a long wait with only 2 tellers!!! Went there today 2/24/18 made the mammoth mistake to use their drive through, since there was no other cars...it took forever, and when the teller did finally appear she deposited my money WITHOUT even asking...I shook my head and said “I needed change from the money, not a deposit”! Add on another wait and of course no one else in the drive through, it is almost like if you use the drive through...you are not a priority at all...I was so disappointed, I could not even look at the teller!!! Big waste of time on Saturdays!!!

  I have been going to West community credit Union since I was in high school in the early 70s, I think it is an awesome place and they are great people, my last visit was at the O’fallon branch and it is a nice facility with really good people
