  I have been with West Community Credit Union 15 years and have been served well. Today 6-17-22, at approximately 1115 hours, an incident happen with teller that upset me! A older lady with blond hair abruptly push out the drive-through drawer hitting my car and acted like it didn't happen! My car is brand new white Subaru Outback and thankfully I didn't see any mqjor damage at the time of incident. I was just surprised she ignored her mistake saying, "have a nice day". I expected continued good customer service I've always received from West C. Brentwood. I hope someone will let this lady know she was wrong not to admit what happen. Not happy!

  Unorganized, unprofessional and unfriendly. Take your business elsewhere so you can be treated with respect regardless of age or socio-economic status. They put on a fake apperance to the outside world to hide who they really are behind closed doors. Take your business elsewhere. You will not regret it.

  Avoid at all costs. Worst service imaginable. Save yourself a headache and seek financing elsewhere. They do not pick up the phone and are the most unorganized bunch I’ve encountered in mortgage lending.

  I can’t say enough about my bank! I love you guys! I have been a customer for 40+ years! I had a huge problem with my account because I made a payment to a creditor and I actually put a extra 0 on my payment to this creditor and the creditor (MSD of St Louis ) would not credit the $4700 that was overpaid by pure accident for at least almost 60 days! My bank, West Community help me solve the issue with my account and they are going to credit me my payment, and they are dealing with getting the money back! I can’t even explain how helpful and understanding that everybody (almost 4 different calls that I talked to different people at my bank) that I talked to! Thank you so much for being so helpful and understanding with my situation! I am forever grateful and thankful of my bank personnel! I love you guys! ❤️ You are the best bank ever!   Ask for Casey you'll thank me later! No seriously he was amazing my wallet had been stolen came in to close out the account and open a new one he got me in and out in under 30 minutes! Can not say how much spunk and just great customer service he had!

  Love this credit union. I’ve been with this credit for about fifteen years now. However, as of recent when applying for another auto loan at the Brentwood branch, I met the acquaintance of Jimmie or whatever his name is. He’s an older black male with a disfigured eye. He came off as very condescending during the entire process, which I did not appreciate and made me feel very uncomfortable with his sarcastic and snobbish nature when pointing out certain things about the loan that I did not understand thoroughly. I’d always go through the loan process with Triet, but it’s been a while so I don’t know if he still comes to the Brentwood branch. After hours of being given the runaround, he informed me that he wouldn’t be able to approve me for the loan amount i needed for the car I picked out. With a credit score over 750, a good paying job, and over fifteen years of stable work history. Then proceeds to tell me that I shouldn’t get the vehicle of my choice and to pick another one. I left and went to the dealership and not only did they approve me for the amount that I needed but was also given the same APR that I would’ve been given had I got the loan through West Community. The staff is always different whenever I come into the branch. The energy is not how it used to be. Next time, I’ll just request Triet if he’s still available or just deal with someone else if I chose to remain a member. This whole ordeal was very discouraging.

  Credit unions are amazing! Within 1year and a half of starting our account through WC, we were able to build our credit up, buy a new car and purchase our first home! They really help people like us who had no credit and needed help figuring out how to fix that. I've always had a great experience with the employees when needing to get a new loan or even refinance at a lower rate. I will recommend credit unions over a bank anyday!

  Unfortunately I had a bad situation happen where my social security number and my identity was compromised. I’ve spoken to the department where the account was opened in my name. Bobbette was went above and beyond to help me prove exactly what I need to prove. Thank you Mrs. Bobbette and I appreciate your support.

  Todays Shredding Event was extremely well organized and much needed. The staff were customer friendly at its best. Thank you Thank You for such an awrsome experience to discard personal secure documents .

  I absolutely love this credit union. Excellent location and parking lot. Everyone is friendly and they never seem crowded. Update: they built a brand new building and it is amazing! So modern and even more parking. What an improvement.
