  My experience with Enterprise Bank & Trust has been very accommodating. The ladies are very welcoming. They help you get in and out in a timely manner . Also if there is a issue they tend to get it handled in a professional manner. A big Thank You from your customer that appreciates the hard work in maintaining excellent customer service and good bank products. When asked by others where is the best bank in town, I send them to Enterprise Bank & Trust in Brentwood.

  Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming when I come into the bank, at first I was hesitant about opening an account but Ms. Cutoria made me feel very comfortable by explaining the benefits of having a account with them. Cutoria introduced me to Michelle the branch manager and she was also personable and inviting. She explained in detail to me how my new account would work, I left so glad that I opened my new account. Thanks ladies!

  The Brentwood branch even back in the days of Eagle Bank has had a culture of top service and attention to the detail that has been carried over and on by the Enterprise Bank team. The customer service is exceptional and very personal. Ty, Kenneth, Julie and now Michelle has returned to this branch make it a pleasure to stop by the bank for what ever banking needs I have. My experience with Regions and other larger banks has been far less satisfactory especially on the personal service level. I recommend Enterprise Bank strongly for anyone looking for a bank or needing to change a banking relationship. The Brentwood branch and the team of banking professionals there will not let you down.

  Working with the bank manager Ty is like having a personal banker. She responds to phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently. And always with a smile on her face or in her voice. Takes care of any and all issues with ease. The folks who work the drive thru especially Kenneth are like Ty. Always pleasant and seem very happy to see you when you make your deposits. Makes my banking experience fantastic. Great group of people at the Brentwood branch.

  Family takes care of family, and that is how I feel when interacting with the team at the Brentwood location. Ty and her team (so happy to have Michelle back) sometimes are the highlight of my day. Always willing to help, I truly think of them as an extended part of my team. I could do remote deposit, but with a team like this, the drive and occassional wait in the drive through is well worth the wait to receive the individualized attention.   Excellent staff even during the hectic pandemic, where the lobby is still closed to the public they're operating on appointments only. Friendly, vibrant and positive energy from this branch. Made and appointment to open up a checking and savings account, was in and out just like that!!! Everything about the entire process was easy and handled efficiently. My personal banker was Ty Schuldt and her service was more than impeccable, all the ladies and gents are wonderful and professional, highly recommended this branch, wish I could give 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Always a friendly group of faces to greet me when I go to this branch. The helpful and attentive team at EB&T Brentwood go above and beyond to provide superior customer experience, and exceed my needs; even if I’m there to make a simple deposit. I also received a nice call for my birthday (Thank you, Trezher!), and an appreciation note signed by Ty and her great team; totally unexpected, but a geniunely nice touch. The customer service center also helps provide great services when I call to add travel notes to my account; especially since the fraud team is on it if there is any atypical activity. Thank you for all that you do to provide a stellar experience! Even though people don’t say it as often as we should, the customer service experience you provide is greatly appreciated, and truly makes a difference. Please keep up the good work.
