VERY POOR customer service. I went into the bank 3 times to open a new account. Each time I was told something different that I needed. I tried opening the account on line after the 1st failed attempt in person. I was told my local branch would contact me within 1 business day. They didn't. It felt like they didn't want my business so they didn't get it. I would not waste my time with them. I can only imagine how disorganized they must be with your money if they cannot even manage opening an account.
