  The employees are so nice helpful. Came in to open an account for my high school daughter and I must say, Leah Rice was AWESOME at helping us out and thoroughly going through everything with my daughter. She made sure my baby understood everything about her account and gave her great advice on how to manage it. I would definitely recommend you to see Leah for all your banking needs.

  Went thru drive thru this afternoon, teller never greeted me. After approx 3/5 mins I pushed call button prob 10 times, I was only one left in drive thru area, finally teller answered. I had to ask who had my info? Was informed the lady had it and it'd be a few more minutes. Really disgusted with service!! Prob will contact corporate - really unprofessional, unhelpful, makes me want to change banks kind of service. Won't be back to this branch.... completely just RUDE! Oh and it was a simple transaction...didn't have to count past 3.

  Terrible customer service...super slow...they don't speak to their customers. Wellsfargo is much nicer. This review is for the Regions in McCalla...they even look at you strange when you make deposits.

  I love this bank and the people who work in it!! I refuse to go back to the new Regions in McCalla. I literally have to drive out of my way now to do my banking at This Regions bank but it is so worth it! :)

  It's really hard .. virtually impossible to get anyone to answer t/ phone at this location .. I've been to this branch ( inside) a couple of times .. it's not my favorite .....

  This is ridiculous waiting on drive thru one person has been served in the last 15 minutes and four lanes, what the heck is going on, if you only have one person working then have one lane open
