      My husband and I needed a bank statement to close on our new home. We called or went by everyday waiting for the new statement to be ready. Mary knew it was very important to us. When she saw it hit the website she called us and told us that it was available. I’m going to miss the customer service that we always get at the Brookwood branch. Thank you guys so much.

      The Brookwood branch used to care about their member holders when Russell was in charge. Lately, they have lost a lot of their family values. It all seems to be about money now and not helping it’s members.

      I know someone who paid off their auto loan IN FULL 3 days prior to the payment due date. The account was closed. The bank did the auto draft payment on the due date and took their money for a loan with a ZERO balance. The ACH caused an over draft in their checking account. They would not reverse the ACH.
