I love WesBanco but I do not care for the women at the New Castle branch. They said they didn't know me and were rude to me and made me sit and wait when I did not have to I have been coming there for a year-and-a-half but yet they said they didn't know me. I will not go in that Branch again ever

Absolutely awful the way they treat people, i am with a local business., they refused to give me change because we don't have an account..she was very rude to me when i asked for change...
