      Generally friendly, helpful employees. However, I would like to know why there is only 1 drive thru lane open on a busy Friday afternoon? Bad enough that Huntington closed my branch, but now the next closest has this problem:(

      Horrible customer service. Both ATMs out of service so everyone just waits in a line for nothing. I went inside to tell them and it was very apparent they don't care. 10 min+ waits everytime. Switch banks and go to PNC or Citizens where they care about their customers. I did and am very happy that I did.

      make sure if you deposit anything it goes into YOUR account. they don’t like admitting they were wrong & they don’t care if YOUR funds are available to you or not.

      I stopped in to cash a check. I was warmly greeted by 2 of the tellers. The service was fast and the staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and called me by name. They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.
