  Wendy and her team are the epitome of excellence in their profession. I’ve bought and sold 4 houses and have never had the experience I’ve had with Wendy. She gave us options rather than just making decisions for us, she thinks ahead and plans accordingly and never keeps you in the dark or leaves you with wondering questions. I felt truly informed the whole way and knew if I needed it, she would walk me through any scenario and talk any situation out till I was comfortable.   Wendy is 5 stars and in the top 1% (or even .01%) of her profession! I recommend Wendy to everyone for a no hassle and honest process with the best loan and APR you qualify for. She did that for me! Read the short and long story behind my rating. The short story: As a first-time homebuyer, Wendy was completely 'there' with me every single step. She explained everything, did every step efficiently and immediately, answered my every question (large and small) day and night, and helped me understand a daunting process. Importantly, through this, she made me feel at ease and confident. She even helped me to understand tax implications into the future. The long story: Before Wendy, I was with another mortgage broker, who told me something far below and different from the standard in the profession and would not tell me what my APR would be until the last minute of the process, then gave me an APR out of the ballpark high when I was completely dependent on him. Luckily, I didn't get that house and found Wendy, who was the ultimate in clarity, honesty, competence, and kindness and patience!

We are aware that Bay Area home buyers are making budget and buying decisions based on the numbers we provide and spend a lot of time ensuring that are as accurate as possible. In some cases, when compared to a more generic list of costs, we may appear higher but we know we're accurate and no buyer will be caught by surprise with higher costs than they expected! P.S.   Last year I refinanced my house with a major financial institution because I wanted everything under one umbrella. What a big mistake! It took over three months to close and the rate was not close to competitive. On top of that when the rates went down theirs went up! This year I refinanced through Preferred Mtg Advisors. What a world of difference. Wendy was very responsive, locked me into a great rate right before rates went up and we closed in 20 days! It would have been sooner but my escrow officer was not available for a few days to sign. The escrow officer had all good things to say about Wendy's responsiveness & attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend Wendy & Preferred Mtg to anyone needing a home loan or refinance. BTW I work for that escrow/title company and therefore in a position to know what I am talking about!

  WENDY is AMAZING!!!! We cannot stress enough how helpful she was during the entire lending process. She explained everything in its entirety, in a way that was 100% understandable for us. Very responsive, always quick to answer any questions that we had, and was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and WONDERFUL!!! She really does have your best interest at heart, she helped us all the way through our loan, even up to the point that she suggested going with the builder of our new homes lender, due to a better outcome. You were AMAZING that you didn't even mention the builder credit you were willing to give up if you didn't work with the builder's lender due to the work we did together in advance. While it made me sad not to be able to work with you both until you had the keys to your new home, it is really important to do the best thing for you. Send me the happy selfie when you move in!   Congratulations!! You have found the BEST mortgage broker around. Here's my story: I was ready to buy a home and needed pre-approval for a home loan, so i contacted a "Big Bank" mortgage broker. In an effort to keep this story short, I'll say that i worked with the Big Bank broker for two months and, in the end, he simply told me that i wasn't pre-approved for my loan. He didn't even offer up any alternatives for me. So, my realtor suggested that i contact Wendy Cutrufelli from Preferred Mortgage Advisors. I did that, and i am not joking or exaggerating, she had me pre-approved for a home loan in ONE day. After i put in an offer on a home and it was accepted, she walked me through each step of the home buying process. After about a month i was closing escrow on my new home. Just to sum up, Wendy had me pre-approved for a loan and closing escrow on a home quicker than the Big Bank broker could even get me a loan pre-approval. So, to avoid wasting 2 months like i did, i would recommend calling Wendy.
