We never had to check in with him because he's communicative and attentive.   This is my second transaction with Charles and it was again a pleasure working with him. His communication at every step of the lending process was very appreciated because as a Realtor or as a buyer I s very important to know the status of the loan approval process to make sure that the milestones in the purchase contract are timely reached, but besides that, Charles has a way to make things happen and a disposition to resolve the inevitable hurdles along the process that very few lenders have. I’d recommend to work with Charles to my fellow Brokers and agents, and will recommend my clients to talk with him for their lending needs. A 10 star service overall for sure!

  Working with AMC was great and effortless process during this Pandemic. With the AMC app on your phone you can read and sign all the documents without leaving your house.
