Samantha Mac1We had a horrible experience trying to obtain a mortgage loan through Wells Fargo. Our agents and underwriters were constantly out of town or otherwise unavailable. It took well over a month after going in circles for us to receive an answer. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service.
