Kelly Fischer1Called twice on Friday, 3 times on Saturday (during hours of operation), went in and tried to get something notarized (for Wells Fargo auto fraud), couldn’t get in. They told me to make an appointment online or call. Tried to make an appointment (not an option online, nothing I could fine.) It’s not Monday and I’ve called 5 times, still no answer. Terrible location.

Michael Bielicki3Third time using the drive thru due to being partially handicapped and have experienced a 5 to 10 minute wait in the lane now twice and I was the only other car in line?? I felt that the teller whom ironically I experienced all 3 visits seemed to be rather annoyed if I asked a question. She also informed me that Wells no longer issues withdrawal slips to their customers "because they are like checks"?? As a customer we never got that bank change notice?? We are now considering to move our funds to a different institution where the banker's employees appreciate their customers. One saving grace! we have found that the Wells Fargo employees in Sun City West off of West Camino Del Sol actually managed to find employees who do care about their customers both inside and drive thru! So while we will give it a little time while we are thinking of which bank to go with, which would be sad but maybe it is a difference in management at each location. By the looks of other reviews here it seems this just could be the issue. The below response from the bank, if you look at any other negative comments you will see the same computer standard reply response!

Doc Kovacs5We showed up without an appointment needing important papers witnessed and notarized. This was accomplished pleasant alacrity. WONDERFUL. The reason we bank there, but the staff never asked if we did!

Toby Joslyn1Can the drive up get any slower ... my God it’s like one Customer Customer every hour ...,I cannot believe how slow it is. I was the fourth car in line it took me 48 minutes to get up to the teller people do have other things to do come on training training training
