  Jennifer Gokool has been a pleasure to work with! This is the third time we have went through Castle and Cooke first to purchase our home and now two refi’s. The refinances have both been with Jennifer. Anytime I had a question and would email her I’d get a response almost immediately and always to my satisfaction. Very professional, knowledgeable and just downright nice! 😉.... I can’t imagine us moving or getting a better rate then what we have now but if we do we WILL work with Jennifer again!

  Castle & Cooke Mortgage just helped our family of 5 get into our dream home! Jen and Sonya partnered with us all the way to help answer our prayers and get us into our home before our newest baby arrived. From when we were six months away from looking to begin the buying process they gave us great wisdom in ways to reduce debt ratio and increase credit and worked with us, our amazing realtor Heather Griffin, and the Seller to help us get excellent projections for payments, great follow up on our action steps and support with our questions. We wish we could rate their partnership higher! Lastly, we loved the personal ‘move in’ basket they made for us they gave us at closing full of some nice moving/simple house items. When other lending companies weren't willing to help us with repairing our credit to get to the process moving, Andie did! He didn't just brush us off because we weren't ready to buy immediately.
