They have not transition or trained the people for transitioning well. I opened a business account, had to go back in to sign paperwork weeks later after getting a letter that I needed to sign paperwork before a certain date or my account would be closed. Went back in and signed before that date and they closed my account without me knowing the week of my business launch. I called on a Friday to figure out what happened and they promised to call me the following Monday. No call and i called them Tuesday afternoon. Their answer was someone would get to me in 24 hours that was higher than them and they couldn’t do anything about my account. I would have to come back in for a 3rd time (the bank is not close and I have small children) to set up a new account. It has now been 3 days and I still have not received a call or have gotten help of any sort from this bank.

Absolutely awful! You are truly a number at this bank and management is the worst especially at this particular branch. Monica Vargas is a terrible manager to work for and I feel bad for the customers dealing with her. After working here several years I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s a shame they don’t replace her with someone who cares for the customers and will put their best interest in mind. HR was called multiple times on her yet nothing was done. I would definitely think twice before banking here unless they get rid of the trash!

It is absolutely not ok the lack of care with helping customers find solutions to issues they're going through. I have been trying to log into online banking for over a month and they can't figure it out. I've waited on hold for hrs and hrs and when I get ahold of them they have no solution. The people at all the branches say call the 800 number. I have received temporary passwords in the mail that don't work. I spoke with their IT guy and he says somebody higher will reach out in 3 more biz days. Then that guy calls and says somebody else will reach out. It has gotten absolutely ridiculous. I just feel like they have no care to help their customers in need. I would absolutely 100% not recommend this bank.

so as many of you know BBVA has changed to PNC Bank and in doing so they changed their app and when that happened a lot of us were lost and confused. just recently in my attempt to navigate the app and pull up some records I made a mistake and I went into this location to be helped by the branch manager Monica Vargas and she sat me down in her office listen to my story proceeded to let me know that she will take care of me and my problem. I don't know that I did the greatest job explaining what I was trying to do but she understood me made the appropriate phone calls and explain to them what I had explained to her. after a brief 3 minute phone call she clicked a couple things on my phone in my app and completely took care of my problem. I felt the biggest relief come off my shoulders and I could not thank her enough. if you currently have a bank or are in search of a bank you should definitely consider PNC Bank and when you do you should definitely go in to this branch and talk to Monica and her staff because if her staff is any reflection of how she is you will not be disappointed one bit.

The women here are rude and short and love to point to signs if you have questions like that is supposed to be a courteous customary answer. They never have change and claim to have a shortage when every other bank has plenty of rolls of change. Also when you order change they don't tell you what they have so when you show up for a box of pennies and 20 rolls of quarters they say oh sorry and give you 2 rolls of quarters and 2 rolls of pennies to run a business for a week. This bank is horrible and the people are the worst.

My first experience with PNC bank at this location was not good. I went in to get a cashier's check and was told there was a $10 fee. I told them I thought my old BBVA account didn't have fees. After a 5 min discussion between the teller and a manager they processed my transaction without the fee. The staff was not very friendly either. I will be looking for another bank to handle my $'s if this trend continues.

After hours of trying to get help with customer service on the phone with no luck. I went to this branch to explain the situation and get help. The teller was very friendly and tried to help out and called the manager over(Monica). I explained to "Monica" my problems and made a request for help to ease my situation which she never answered and walked off without extending the help I needed. The teller had to apologise for her rude behavior as we both stood there in aww. I have been doing business with BBVA for years and had never been treated so badly. I won't recommend this branch if this is the full-time Branch Manager.

By far the worst Bank around. Fees after Fees. Fees for making to many deposits. Fees for spending your own money. As much as they charge for Fees you would expect better customer service. But, nope! I'm taking my funds elsewhere....

They offer a Money Market Rate of 2% they are currently paying me 1.69% I called Ian to have my rate bumped up, he says the Branch manager Monica Vargas said that rate is only available to new accounts and I as a long term customer do not qualify for a higher rate. Very poor customer service! So Monica I will take my $130,000 to another bank that appreciates loyal customes and pays 2.25%
