  Fantastic customer service!! Horrible banking policies. Possibly the worst banking company that I have had to deal with. Seem to care more about making extra pennies, as opposed to taking care of their customers.

  The girl working the counter was very sweet. But the manger mrs.king made me feel so down graded in my life. Like my check from my company mind you is wellsfargo was fake. Then proceed be oh well we have to call to make sure that was the right amount.

  Called several times never got through. Stopped in for a simple notary signature, no notary in the office at this time. They no longer will count change on their counting machine, now have to bring in rolled coins only. Lost all customer service that used to set WF above the rest.

  I have had one hassle after another since opening my account with Wells Fargo. For instance I deposited a Wells Fargo cashier's check into my Wells Fargo Account, but since it was deposited on a Saturday, no funds available till the following Tuesday. There is no reason that a CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECK ,FROM WELLS FARGO, DEPOSITED INTO A WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT BE CREDITED AUTOMATICALLY, OR AT LEAST PARTIALLY. When I called Wells Fargo asking why my account was not credited I was told they had to wait for it to clear. If Wells Fargo can not verify funds on their own cashiers checks, automatically, they have a huge problem, that is ridiculous. I do not recommend Wells Fargo in any way. Worst bank i have ever dealt with.

  Good customer service. I don't have a account here ,. My customer paid by check from Wells Fargo they cashed it with no fee most other Banks will charge you if you don't have a account.

  I went in to open a couple new accounts and didn’t realize they were about to close. The staff welcomed me in and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them even though I was. This branch is great.

  Friendly staff, management goes above and beyond to help the customers opened up the lobby to ensure my transaction was taken care of, have showed up a couple of time near closing but they still helped me with the financial needs. 🙂🤗✋🏽

  This location does not have a restroom for their customers!! Unbelievable! I can leave my money with you but I can't use the restroom. I'm changing banks.

  Good service. This location DOES have a notary. No public restroom though.
