  We used Jeff Schraeder because my brother had him when he bought his house. My brother said he was the best and I completely agree. Jeff was with us for the 10 month process of selling our house and building another one. This was my first time going through the process, and I asked him a ton of questions. The thing that amazed me was how fast he would respond to me. I mean, I'd email super early in the morning or crazy late at night and I can't think of one time he went more than 24 hours without answering me. Oh did I mention he lives 4 hours away so I never physically met him, but he was so honest with me and everything ended up happening as it should. We have a lovely home now and I'm so glad we chose Jeff as our lender.
