  No help whatsoever went in to notarize a title they sent me somewhere else to pay whats the point of even having them as a bank i guess to collect monthly fees will be switching banks soon

  This bank is the worst . This is not the first time it has been closed since sal the manager left This bank has gone down hill I am ashamed to be banking with them

  Rude employees, won’t explain nothing to you, won’t let you take money out of your own account when the money is in your account. Once I get my money out of this crooked bank I’m leaving. Been banking with them for nearly 10 years now. Hands down the worst customer service.

  The ladies and gents working there are great people. They always are welcoming, helpful and work fast. My favorite branch that I visit by a mile. Other branches need to get training from these people.

  Their policies might suck, it’s a bank after all looking to make money... BUT I don’t know what position he holds, this guy C. Cullen was AWESOME!! I took my 17-year-old in to cash some bonds in and open an account - this should take maybe 20 minutes. We were there for almost, well, I don’t want to say in case he gets into trouble - but we had such a great experience with Mr. Cullen. My son thinks Mr. C Cullen is an awesome guy. I could not have asked for a better first banking experience for my son. He took the time to explain so much to my son. We will continue to bank here because of the personable Mr. C Cullen!!

  Went to make 3 deposits and get some change for me business. Waited in like for over 15 min and I was the only person in line. There were 4 people behind the teller line and only 2 people helping customers. Then when it was finally my turn I asked for a roll of quarters, pennies, and 10 nickels and she said I wasn't allowed to ask for nickels because it wasn't a whole roll. Excuse me what? This a bank where you get money and change, I didn't know there were rules to what kind of change you can ask for at the bank. Needless to say I would get in my car and drive to a different Wells Fargo rather than walk across the parking lot to this one.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Notary has an attitude. She could have done her job but clearly doesn't care to. I'm a long term customer and so are my family members. That may have to change. Can see from the other comments that I'm not the only one she's been rude to.

  I hate that they cut out their Saturday banking hours. At the very least they could have changed their weekday hours to 6pm everyday. But overall, the staff is usually pretty good, never had a problem with them. What I do have a problem with is when WF will sit on a deposited check for 9 days even though it was issued from WF themselves, or sometimes another large national bank! Seriously? I mean WTH do they have to do for 9 days to verify where it came from? Why is it if I write a check and I actually wish they would take more than 3 days, it's somehow already cleared overnight? It's time the people of this world stood up to the banks like WF and other giant banks and corporations. They are ruining our planet.

  Good branch. Helpful kind staff. As of June 4th still drive through only. But ATM out front does cash and check deposits and works great!!
