  After reading all the reviews I see why I feel the way I do majority of the ratings and comments are correct ! THEY ARE VERY RUDE! and think they can talk to you anyway they want too! I can not wait to give them they car back at this point I don't even care if it will effect my credit! I have been constantly spending money putting in this car its a piece of junk! I don't recommend anyone to do business with them! PLEASE DON'T!

  Ride Now & Credit Financial are a NIGHTMARE to deal with! We have bought two cars now from them. A Nissan Altima and a Dodge Van, both seemed pretty great till we had them for a bit. The Altimas battery cords were corroded (easy fix) but thats not just it...one day the driver door would NOT shut, come to find out ride now had never put the screws in it that were missing when they got it, they glued it and the glue fell out finally...so we fixed that. The key also stopped working, thats another $180 spent out of my pocket. But our van was the real kicker....after just 6 short months of having it the windshield sprayers stopped working, had to replace the battery because ride now had put a bad & too small of a battery in it (assuming they kept the good one), and the starter went out completely. Called to see if and what ride now would do to help and they stated "It's really not our problem, we do just enough to pass inspection". What kind of crap is that? Been trying to sell my Nissan Altima to my mother-in-law or simply sign over the payments to her since her van from ride now is a dump too, and they told me I was NOT allowed. I've never heard of such a thing, don't I pay for it? Such crap. Our families have bought 3 cars total from them in the past 2 years and they are all crap! I would not suggest ride now to anyone. Credit financial is a pain too! My pay period changed due to a new job so I called and they said they would take my payments on different days, but I'm constantly harrassed with text and emails that I'm late (when I'm really not). For the first little while of my new payment plan it was fine, then out of the blue comes this $12 a month late fee...Hopefully I can trade my vehicles fast before they fall apart completely ! NEVER AGAIN !

  People please think triple when buying a car from Ride Now Motors and financing it threw Credit Financial Group. I had my car for over 2 years since the day I got it there was problems. We had to put alot of money into this car. Paying it off so I don't get bad credit but definitely not worth buying from this dealer ship.. They will suggest you lie to be able to get the car for example if your not earning enough money they ask you to say you work for someone getting paid in cash and to write a note and have someone else sign it..... These people are rude and they don't have a ounce of Honestly nor morals... Don't, don't and don't come here..... Zero stars for this company!!!

  Take it from someone who STILL has to lease with them UNFORTUNATELY.... Do NOT take out a LOAN with the company.. Interest Rates are Sky HIGH & they will REPOSSESS your CAR over any and EVERYTHING. Said it before and I'll AGAIN, I wouldn't recommend them to a DOG!!

  This is the WORST business ever!! I can’t wait to trade this car in and get these people out of my life. They set you up to fail in every way possible so that they can repo your car and get more money out of you. I would never recommend ride now motors or any dealership that associates with this place

  I find it odd how this company is not able to be pulled up on the BBB site. They have towed my car TWICE! First off the car was/it a piece of junk and I've been putting money into it since I got it. The warranty never covered anything but a raggedy oil change. The first time they towed my car was for a late payment by a few days BUT I explained to the lady (Sonja) that my car was not running. I told her that the payment would be in the next morning( which it was). Because she was unable to reach me on the phone the morning of (mind you, I had been speaking with this woman everyday) they decided to come take my car from my job. They were VERY aware that the type of work environment that I work in I cannot have my phone by my side at all times. The second time they picked my car up was for an error on they're end dealing with my insurance. A paper that was overlooked on someone's behalf there, caused my car to be pulled in. No apologizes, no "we'll make the arrangements to take you to your vehicle" no "we'll compensate you for your OOP expenses" NOTHING!!! The managers are NEVER able to be reached, not matter how many times you ask or hold. With the exception of Tiffany, this whole company is the WORST!!! I'll never recommend anyone to RIDE NOW MOTORS EVER!!!!! This review is only the beginning for them dealing with me. My lawyer will be handling them from on out and once all is handled, there may be no more Credit Financial or RIDE NOW MOTORS!

  This company has failed to contact me in over a week. Now I'm trying to call and it's like I'm on a block list. I have informed a friend that works for the fraud prevention unit in Ontario. Plus I have 3 lawyers knocking on my door for some information about this company. They are refusing to cancel a temporary loan that was here to fix my credit. I information there represantive that I was recording the conversation on my end when I started this. So all in all they better contact me soon or the lawyers and police will be knocking on there door. As of right now. This will be theft and I will be looking for others that have had to deal with this. Janelle I will be looking forward to your call.

  I bought a car from ride now motors last April and financed through credit financial’s horrible interest rates. Even with putting a good bit down on the car and paying it off in less then a year I nearly ended up paying twice the cars value. DO NOT ADD GAP INSURANCE OR A WARRANTY TO YOUR LOAN THEY ARE CROOKS. A week after buying the car I noticed in the right lighting that the front bumber has been repainted and the hood is aftermarket leading me to believe it was in a non reported accident although there was no damage to the frame it’s very disappointing knowing what I paid for the car. Save yourself the trouble and buy a car from someone else.

  I got a vehicle loan through them and after being late 1 payment and 10 days they repossessed my car. This is the worst financial company I have ever encountered. Go anywhere but here. The people are also very ignorant. This place should be closed for fraud and corruption.

  They are very unprofessional!!! I’ve never had as many problems with a finance company as I do with them!! Stay far far far away from this company!!! This wasn’t my choice they brought out my previous finance company. If I could I’d pay my car off so I wouldn’t have to deal with them!!!
