  I went into this location to fix a fraud on my account, we waited to be helped while listening to the manager on duty tell to his employees that it was our fault he could tell just by how we looked when he didn't know what was going on. He was very rude, when we went with the banker to get the fraud taken care of which was WELLS FARGOS FAULT, he then threatened us by saying that if there was another fraud on the card we would no longer be able to bank with wells Fargo. They just lost a 10+ year user of their bank. Maybe if the manager didn't judge his customers based on appearance and we weren't threatened we would have forgiven Wells Fargo for their little screw up but I do not feel safe having my money with people that treat their customers so poorly. Will never use again.... beware of this branch. Would give zero stars but its not an option.

  Can't ever get an actual local employee to answer the local phone #. Went through the stupid automated phone tree to get a person in timbucktwo, and after I told them what I needed they hung up on me. >:(

  Manager Kyle, lied to my face and told me the girl I was initially working with was a new employee being trained. I’m a regular at this branch I know the workers.. I find it hard to believe she’s been training for a year.. and then proceeded to be rude and tell me to leave when trying to simply cash a check instead of depositing it first. Which I’ve done multiple times, at this very branch, and even that same employee has cashed my checks! They gave me a hard time so I simply stated I’ve done this before, then the manager waved up the next guest while he told me to leave. I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo on the phone. A fish has more adequate customer service skills than Kyle. He should not have that job..

  I came into the Wells Fargo with account questions and not only did I get them answered, but the bankers were very kind as well as helpful. Specifically Marlon who helped me for 30 minutes answering my questions. Than when I thought it was all done, two hours later I get a call from the branch manager apologizing for not being able to meet with me! He also reviewed my entire account history and helped answer more in depth questions while also refunding me some fees that I had questions about. I was and am very impressed by their service and recommend pointing all questions to this firm.

  Poor service. Tried to set up checking and credit card - system went down for an extended period while in the bank so couldn't open anything. Filled out a credit card application with promise of decision within a day - never received notification despite calling the loan officer twice, finally had to call the general customer service number to get any information. In the end am moving elsewhere after a lousy start here.
