Jay Cook1Never able to pick up their phone. I’ve had multiple issues banking with this particular branch. The bankers are never available, every time you call you’re greeted with “there are no available branch members to answer you’re call” and when going in they have you make an appointment for an hour later.

Lanita Steinert1I have been with Wells Fargo Bank in Kearney ...for 5 yrs never had a problem .until Dec 24th 2015 we deposited check in our acct ....they didn't put the money in our acct until January 5th 2016 ..well every check we have written bounced and have been for the last months ..We deposited a Check for 2900. $ in our acct day before yesterday .as of today the funds where still not available .so beware people of Central Nebraska .if you have a checking acct with the kearney nebr bank close your acct. ASAP don't into the mess we ate in
