  I've opened an account within the last 6 months and I honestly have never had such an amazing experience. They are so nice and friendly and directly call their members. They answer any questions or concerns that you may have promptly. It's nice to feel some Midwest hospitality, especially while living in Omaha. This credit union feels like home and they have a ton of partner credit unions, so I know that I'll always find one near by. I had Wells Fargo for 11 years. So, this is so nice and refreshing. Thank you for all that you do!

  I have banked here for many many years and I absolutely love it. Even though I live in Hastings, I can do any and everything I need from the mobile app. I can call in and get help with anything I need. Everyone who works there that I ever talk to is so kind and caring. I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Absolutely pleased and satisfied to the highest extent.

  Shannon and Jenifer are the most kind and helpful people I've come across in the banking world. They have helped me through some of my toughest financial struggles yet. I only have a problem with overdraft fees. I think they are wack. But that pertains to most banks.

  Was a great bank when I first started with them but have been getting screwed real bad here lately and just seems like they don’t care. wife and mother got injured in a accident and took money outta my account because I was 40 days past due and might get evicted cause they refuse to give it back when I made plans to start paying next month. If could give 0 stars I would

  I look for how business customer service is when there is a problem. When I have had financial problems they helped me understand what exactly was going on with my account. They also treat me like a person when I am there and not a number, by far the best experience I have ever had with any bank, and business in general, great people great place to bank!

  If you like false information and being laughed at this bank is for you 😂 Are you in the market for a car loan were GAP is a joke, and plenty of out of pocket expenses with your warranty? Look no further Trius has you covered! Honestly speaking Car Max is a better option if that tells you anything.

  Trius Federal Credit Union is the best place in Kearney to get any type of loan from. The employees are always kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to bank.
