A B1Questions every deposit. Holds your money to open a new account for weeks (contrary to written statement). Doesn't answer their phone to make an appointment. You have to go in person to make an appointment. Only WF in town. Miserable experience every time, but it's the only national bank in the area.

Alex P1Dear friends please stay away from Wells Fargo bank specialty with Zelle transfer!!! Wells Fargo bank doesn’t have a power to solve any issues regarding to Zelle transfer, remember never ever. You will lose your Money forever!!! Only one bank will take care of you it’s Chase !!!

Cc CC2The staff is great. But EVERY TIME I go to use their deposit option with the ATM - It won't work. Why bother having an ATM if it won't service your customers? I've used Wells Fargo all over the nation yet this branch is so poorly run that they can't even equip an ATM.

Richard Bartrop2Update: Turns out it was the travel agency's fault. I'll bump it up to a two star review since they still like canceling my online orders without notification. Terrible bank. Keeps canceling my online purchases even though I have the money and told them to only hold suspicious payments and contact me first. The idiots just canceled my vacation to go see the only family that I have, other than my wife & kids, that I haven't been able to see for almost 6 years now without so much as a freaking notification so screw you with a barbed rod Laramie Wells Fargo. I'm giving them one star only because it won't let me post a zero star review.

abdulhadi al musalami1The worst Wells Fargo branch I have been in. If there are fees on a service, they won't tell. They will misguid you and they have done that to me twice. Two days ago I went there to close my account. The banker asked for my license. I handed him my license. He took it and he dropped by mistake. He graped my license by his feet. He put his feet (shoes) on license and graped to him. That was disgusting. They are not good and I am thinking of closing all of my accounts with them.

Joseph Herbst5The customer service at the Laramie branch is second to none. Staff members are friendly and engaging, and handle customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Of particular note, Felix -- who has helped me on more than one occasion to resolve issues -- takes the time to listen, to understand, and then to respond quickly and professionally to resolve my concerns to my satisfaction, often going the extra mile to ensure all is well. I highly recommend the Laramie branch for all your personal and business banking needs. Great Job Laramie! --Joe

Ronan Hokanson1I don’t know what it is about this Wells Fargo but they just can’t seem to get it together. ATM is either not working at all or just not accepting deposits, which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t always have a line out the door. With only one Wells Fargo ATM in town it makes things pretty annoying. Never had an issue with Wells Fargo other than at this location. If you are looking for a bank in Laramie just avoid this Wells Fargo at all costs!

Jacob S.4Manager helped me when I had problems with my account since I was no longer meeting the minimum direct deposits for my account and was able to switch me to an account with lower minimum direct deposit amounts. She even reversed all of the monthly fees I accrued before I switched my account. Manager is great, bankers can be hit or miss.

Gary Clone2Pros: Employees know how to be friendly. Cons: No one will go the extra step that it would take to make a good bank. My problem didn't match their solutions, so they didn't event try to figure out something with me. I was applying for a student loan was unable to get a qualifying co-signer, my one parent isn't very helpful without a job. I would at-least be happy if they attempted to show some flexibility. In the long run, their customer service is nothing more than being friendly and mindlessly following policy. There is no effort to even try and come up with a solution or suggestion. The parking lot can also be a bit crazy but, unlike their customer service, there isn't much they can do about that.
