  Love love love Karen and her wonderful team! They were so incredibly helpful with my first home purchase. Closing was easy. I had lots of questions and they answered every single one. Highly recommend this business for first time home buys who aren't quite sure on all the steps. Karen walked through all of the mortgage options with me and sent me all of the information for me to review. I never felt pushed to make a decision either. What a wonderful team.   Our experience with The Mortgage Source was most excellent! For folks who had not bought a house in 30 years, we found today’s home buying process daunting, to say the least! But each associate who worked with us, exhibited great patience, guiding us kindly and carefully. We were encouraged, given options to consider and sound advice, which helped shape our decisions.
