  We've had multiple Auto Loans through UniWyo and couldn't be happier! I am realtor and send my clients to Josh when they need to work on their debt to income ratios (by refinancing out of their high interest loans and into one with UniWyo). This is a top notch Credit Union!

  I can’t believe I didn’t find UniWyo Sooner!!! I went from financial institution to financial institution for years and nothing really fit what I thought was excellent customer service and people who care about me as a person and my finances! Finally I can say that I know no matter what UniWyo has my back and always will!!!

  I purchased my second vehicle through UniWyo. I generally use a dealership but this time was a private sale with financing. Josh did an AMAZING job from the first call to us driving away. He made sure everything was good to go from paying off the seller's loan to my bill of sale. We signed documents electronically. We printed everything at a shared branch, Elevations Credit Union and had it signed and notarized. Top Notch quality service. The best service I have received when buying a car. I highly recommend them for all your financing needs!

  I have had two loans with uniwyo. When I tried to get payments switched around to a different day of the month it would take them 4 trys. And be ready to be put on hold when you call they are local banks but just as hard to get a hold of as the big ones. This is an update, they contacted me by phone after reading this review and apologized along with solving another issue I had. I have moved it from a 2 to a 4 star review for this reason

We have experienced some longer than normal wait times as people have been inquiring about stimulus payments and have upgraded to a new system so callers do not have to wait on hold.   I'm so overwhelmed and humbled the way everything fell into place today! This is such a huge blessing for myself and my children! I didn't except to have a car today! The people at Laramie General Motors and Uniwyo truly listened to our needs and literally went out of their way so my family didn't go without a vehicle! If you need a good bank, go to Uniwyo Federal Credit Union!

  I was convinced to give this bank a try. Honestly nothing ever went right with this bank. My pin that I set up never worked. Had constant issues with the app. Went to go close out my bank account because I'm moving away from Wyoming in June. Turns out my account was closed and no one ever told me. They used my savings to make dormant account payments. The issue was apparently my address wasn't valid. Even though it was the same address I lived at when I set up the account. Uniwyo is as bad as Bank of the West. I wouldn't recommend them.

  One of the better banks in town for sure! Very great staff and they always get you in and out no problem! Highly recommend this bank over others for sure!

  I have whole new respect for UniWyo. My father passed away and they actually laminated the obituary and sent me a condolence card! My wife and I are so grateful for their caring ways. This isn't just a credit Union it's a family! Thank you for the card.

  UniWyo is the worst. Nothing like putting your hard earned money in to your account just to have them take your EX husbands late truck payment out. Then because your upset about that and raise hell, they put a hold on your money so you can't touch it. Won't return your emails and if you call they will put you on hold forever and come back to say the supervisor is busy or stepped out or whatever excuse they can find just to avoid talking to you. A lot of people depend on tax returns and this bank will let ya starve while they play childish games and pay your ex's bills. Thanks but no thanks! Also, they will only reply to positive reviews so don't expect them to try to make it right with you after you have been a customer for 3+ years!
