      I’m posting my review in general of Wells Fargo. I’ve had an account since 2009. What I don’t understand is a transaction suspicious of fraud STILL GOES THROUGH?? I’ve already submitted a claim yet nothing has been done. And now I’m negative in my account to a point that I can’t even look anymore. This has happened to my account multiple times, I cannot trust my hard working funds to go into my account with Wells Fargo. I’m closing my account once I am able! WELLS FARGO SUCKS!

      Philip is my favorite person who works at Wells Fargo. He has always been organized, efficient, welcoming, very patient & kind (a complete professional) to me at this Wells Fargo branch office. I love coming here because his excellent service and professionalism.

      Good location and good staff but maybe not the most experienced crew. They are polite and I’m sure they mean well, but sometimes simple easy things take longer than they should depending on the banker or teller you are working with. They have a nice office though and I’m sure they will get better.

      The Drive thru ATM has NO rain cover! Having my window open for those few minutes and I'm soaked, inside of car is soaked. They spend $thousands on a gigantic yellow 'lock' around the ATM, as if somebody is really going to try to yank it off and steal it, but won't add a rain cover.

      I won't be visiting this wells fargo location anymore. They have no tellers working inside so you have go through the drive through. Both ATMs outside were not operational as well. The worse part of it was that when I walked inside prior to knowing that you are forced to go through the drive through. I was confronted by one of the employees working there who was really abrasive and rude while speaking to me. I understand I didn't look the best since I had been working all morning on automobiles which is a dirty job but there was no need for him to speak to me in the manner in which he did. I could hardly get a word put without being cut off. He gave me the really bad vibe that he didn't believe I had any business there based off the way I looked, which is a terrible way to determine anything. I will take my business to another branch location where I'm not cut off and pushed around by a teller/greeter who makes assumptions based of someone's appearance.

      I think they are a good group of people the ones thats been there a while they are always so help with my banking needs in fact it the only local i do my business at on Frankfort and Marsh Lane cause they know me i feel like they do like i said a good group a people very helpful

      Tellers are extremely slow , they literally take 25 mins for the smallest transaction that’s both drive thru and inside tellers they seem as if they can’t count it’s no need to wait 30 mins to withdraw 100.00 it’s simple ..

      Christopher Michael gave me a great experience today, very friendly and patient as I had about 5 different deposits/transfers/etc. to do that day. He's also very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Great customer service, I'll definitely be visiting this branch more often!
