      I finish work at 8 pm and never have a chance to go to the bank. Open Hours are too short and lacking especially on weekends. They need to increase hours

      They really need to get more people to working at this branch. Rush hour with only 2 clerks working, 10 people in line. Looking at other reviews, seems I’m not the only one with this issue.

      Excellent location with easily accessible and safe ATM placement - inside and outside the office. Branch also opened on Saturday form 9 am to 6 pm. Staff is super friendly and line moves very fast. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants with plenty well-lit parking.

      You need to make an appointment to open a checking account? I could understand if that was an option, but not when it is the only way to talk to a banker and they are booked out over a week. Why would anyone put their money in a bank that they don't have direct access to the staff when needed. Very unfortunate policy and at least I won't be a new customer.

      I've been having nothing but problems with this branch and the customer service line. A few weeks ago I had a fraud charge on my card. All they did was send me out a new card. Never went through the fraud process and never received my money back for that charge. They were supposed to get me that card within 24 hours since I had important bills I needed to pay. I did not receive my card for 5 days. The bank only let me pull out cash once during the time period waiting for my card. I also signed up for paper statements. I was wondering why I stopped receiving my statements. Today I got a notification that they have all been posting them online. I did not agree to this and needed the paper statements for a reason. I tried calling customer service line two times. Each time had me put in for a call back. I never received that call back. I went into this branch to try and fix the problem. They told me they could not accommodate me and told me to call the customer service line. I did for a third time and customer service told they could not accommodate me as well. They just put in a complaint saying I want my account closed but they could not close it.

      During this pandemic as an essential worker. I have had to go to this bank a few times for work. I am very pleased with how well the staff is handling the the abundance of overflow of customers. Since the shut down of the reg bank we normally go to. I do know a few familiar faces from the other banks and bank that I used to frequent for work from another company. I have to say. You guys are very much appreciated and thank you from one essential worker to another. This team is very patient and attentive with each customer. Thank you. - Bobbie❤️

      Bad customer service ! Went there by looking online the hours till 1 pm . Went at noon and was told oh we just shortened the hours today till 12 . Always slow and making excuses . Employees will be roaming around but only 2 at counters . Bad management

      Would you like to stand in line o For 45 mins in the sun to cash a company check whilst others get to walk in past the line? Then this bank is the place for you! How about having them charge you for foreign currency when you never deposited any?! Bam, this is your new spot!
