      Horribly incompetent and inept staff takes forever to move the car banking line forward. Waited over 25 mins in a hot car before I decided to give up on depositing cash at this branch. If any bank wants my business, they're going to have to demonstrate the ability to demonstrate adequate customer service. Forgoing an indoor physical line with several tellers for a single drive-up only banking line is unacceptable in terms of customer service. Will now consider changing my bank account to a different bank.

      Went in yesterday for a simple transaction and was met with the nicest people and best customer service. A nice woman greeted me at the door and opened it for me and then offered me coffee or water. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and I've noticed that in the past 5 years, all branches I've visited have really upped their customer service - they are all just so friendly and personable and look like they enjoy working at Wells Fargo!

      Never have i ever been handed back my paycheck from a manager at a wells fargo and tell me that i find a different branch to work with. I immediately went to a different teller in the same bank and was able to recieve my funds same day. The manager at the cedar mills location was rude and seemed to have no real interest in helping out his customers. People already dont trust the banks, and then this guy makes it worse. Thank you to the teller who did help me without turning me away.

      Stay away from wells fargo and especially from this branch. They don’t have any idea what they are doing. I sent a wire tranfer asking to be sent in USD dollars, the banker did a mistake converting them in euros, and I lost few thousand dollars. They don’t want to cover their own mistake. Worst experience!!!!! Stay away from this bank and close your accounts!

      Come in here! The people are friendly. Plus they have the drive through, so you don't even have to deal with them. The only weird experience we had was when we left our checkbook at the bank and when we received the call to inform us, they didn't mention the check book at all in the message. They just said "this is so and so from Wells Fargo calling to talk to you. Please give us a call back." It sounded like a sales pitch so the next day when we noticed our check book was missing we panicked for a bit until we traced our steps back to the bank. Called them up about it, and the guy gave us some lip about the ordeal. Other than that, we like this place. It is on the way home for us.

      Visited 4 banks yesterday trying to cash savings bonds. This is the only one that made anything happen. One other Wells Fargo branch wanted nothing to do with me. I recommend this branch.

      Say what you will about Wells Fargo...I've Had my issues. But I'm soley rating this branch. Super friendly tellers and the manager Ben is very helpful. Really helped me yesterday when I was in a pinch.
