  There are never enough tellers as if they could care less about customer service and ultimately their experience there. A guy showed up clearly after others and was taken ahead like he was some sort of VIP. Take the time and just go to the one off magnolia. It is definitely better.

  I don't like it at all! I was trying to go inside the bank to fix an issue with mine account I was parking at the bank parking lot and this stupid guy told me I work here and the parking space is mine he asked to move. He was rude.Limited Parking & always full inside the branch not recommended. This bank need to teach their employees matter inside of the bank and outside of the bank too.

  This branch deserve 0 stars. I had a personal account with Wells Fargo, so I decide to open my partnership business account with Wells Fargo too. I went and I spoke to a business advisor. His name, I believe, is David. I had my tax ID number, plus the certificate from the state of NJ as a registered company. This person told me and my partner twice (He never directly looked at me or referred to me) that the certificate was only good to buy things and be tax exempt and to not open a bank account. I told him that that is not the only purpose of the business certificate from NJ, because I had been a business woman with over 20 years experience and I know the exact purpose of the certificate. He didn't like my answer, and was ignoring me at all time and only talking to my partner. I thought "How rude and unprofessional of this person." After that, he told my partner that he was going to check with the manager or other departments to see if the certificate we had was enough to open a bank account. That was back in July 2. To this day, (August 8th) we hadn't received a call from the Wells Fargo "business advisor." That same day, after that waste of time, I went to Santander Bank with the same papers and we opened the business bank account right away. This Wells Fargo branch of Elmora is a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.

  Great bank if its a short walk away from your home. I can understand people's frustration with the parking.

  Very selected, I can never count on this bank to represent us even having open accounts with them, if what you want is to grow in business this bank is not the right one, there are others that offer you more than this with much lower interest. from this bank is that I have it on the corner of the house and I can get cash I don't see any other benefit.
