Horrible bank. Incompetent employees. I drove many hours to the nearest branch to close down my account and got the run around and my time wasted. The employee was too busy chit chatting about non relevant stuff to properly close my account. So if you like your time wasted and being frustrated, Wells Fargo bank and this branch location are for you. Avoid Wells Fargo bank like the plague.Response from the owner

I met with Juliana Wolak, personal banker. I was impressed because she not only opened my bank account she helped me with a few other things. We also talked about my credit and how one of their products can help me improve my situation. She was very informative and helpful and genuinely cared. I will be banking with this branch always. Im so thankful.
I was so impressed with the service I received from Lucia Lena and Elena Bartczak when I came into the bank a few weeks ago. I recently moved from Atlanta to Binghamton, N.Y. and needed to obtain some old bank statements from many moons ago. The closest Wells Fargo was in Scranton so I made the drive. Both Lucia and Elena gave me great hospitality and helped me immensely to locate the paperwork I needed. Their friendliness and willingness to assist me so attentively really made my day. If I lived in Scranton, this would definitely be my bank!
I called about my account being overdrafted. I made a purchase at Walmart that did it, I thought I had a block on my card that it will deny the charge if I didn't have enough funds. When it went through, I thought I may have miscalculated my money so I didn't think anything of it. The lady Amber transferred me to had a terrible attitude and I didn't appreciate it. I have had it with this bank, I am definitely going to pay them off and close my account.
Working staff are so rude. Bank was empty and still they refused to co-operate and get me a regular bank account. Don't recommend anyone going there.Response from the owner

My wife and I went to open an account today but unfortunately manager told me I need an appointment to open an account. This is first time I hard that . Really ....Response from the owner

Worst come worst never go to this one to open account you have to take appointments that is week far Yop of that they will not let any one deposit cash in ur accounts beside you
Best bank ever never had one issue with them ever
