  This place is a joke. Every location is the same, they have no actual care. It's all about money to them, and beware, they take that right from your account. No notice, no notification, it's just gone. You look online and it's some obscene fee for using your own money. The locations are untimely, they have people wandering in circles and lines wrapped in circles. The entire establishment as a whole chain is not a good banking experience. I would recommend literally any other bank. Probably a credit union is best.

  While being first in the business line they took 3 other people first.. Not the bank for you if your running a business... Cause they dont think your important.

  I would give no stars if I could thanks to Sarah Radcliff. The branch manager. I went thru the drive thru after waiting in line I finally get up to the window and the lady says after a few minutes sorry I can not help you I am not authorized for any transactions over 10,000 and there is no one to help and I tried to call the office and no answer, you will have to go inside. the guy directing people has no clue what he is doing told him what I needed he told me to wait in the regular line (my transaction was business deposits) then I ask were is a manager sarah says that's me I tell her the problem and she said well next time be smart and come inside. I said no why do I have to come in how about you put people out there that can handle business transactions she just brushed me off I said I want to complain to someone higher up she says I am it. I say give me a phone number. Then after the teller does my deposit (she was nice) I go outside and try to call to complain the ditzy lady gave me a phone # for house loan application I was so mad. I go back in and she writes a different phone # down and says with a smile have a nice day. oh did that make me more mad. how about fix your bank lady. that is your job. this is why I do not bank here. I go thru the drive thru because of the long lines inside the bank. if I wanted to go in there I would but I don't.

  Wells Fargo as a company is absolutely horrible. It's a car crash, in the rain, on fire, during a nuclear apocalypse. That being said, this branch is their crown jewel. They provide: poor customer service, a filthy interior and exterior building, a rude staff, slow and long lines, and level of ineptitude that borders on the imbecilic. I personally have had more negative experiences than I can count. Perhaps I should grow more fingers to accommodate WF. Their less than competent staff was not only incapable but unwilling to solve my issues. You sincerely might be better off stuffing your money in a dirty sack and hiding it somewhere in town. I've come to believe that the training program that they use at our local Golden Coral is probably more rigorous then the joke of a training program that they provide at this and many other branches. If you are a big fan of having your hard earned dollars misplaced and negligently counted and collected by a group of poorly educated fools in cheap suites I highly recommend visiting this zoo, I mean establishment.

  Very upset with this Hernandez lady I went to deposit$900 in my savings account this morning and drinking my nutritional drink I had to use the restroom. I asked her if I may go upstairs to the restroom really quick and she said No public restroom! I said but I am a customer and making a deposit. She again said No public restroom and kinda rude during my transaction I am taking my money and business to a credit union this week. What bank doesn't let their customers use the restroom never heard of that

  This location usually has nice employees but wells fargo bank is just terrible and greedy. They are good about reversing fraudulent charges, but charge for EVERYTHING they possibly can. They care more about businesses than people.

  I don't like this branch at all, the staff I have come into contact with are not friendly. The guy who's supposed to help you meet up with a banker, refused my request for a notary and turned me away. I went to the branch Downtown on Cascade and Colorado, and I was helped and got a better service. 06/13/2017

  Don't bother going through the drive thru. Especially if a man named Reinhard is working. Wrote my checking account number down on my checks. Told him the deposit was for checking. This idiot put it in savings and the app won't let me transfer to my checking like I knew it wouldn't. Thanks for screwing my work morning up tomorrow you worthless company .

  My rating is for this specific wells Fargo. Have never had issues at many other locations. But I just wait 20minutes to deposit two checks in the drive through lanes... absolutely ridiculous....

  Today I visit you because you request a service .. when there was no one attending. I'm supposed to have someone ask you if you are going to meet the cashiers or have an appointment and spend between 5 to 10 minutes waiting until someone came out and asked if they needed to ... personally they lack customer service
