  Came into the shop and it took forever for service, the stuff is junk every time I go in they have the same junk overpriced. There is this punk kid there that walks around puffing on his vapor cigarette blowing nasty steam into your face, he is rude constantly talking over you even when he has no idea what he is talking about he won't let anyone talk. I have 40+ years experience dealing with people, computers, guns and such and this little boy won't shut up and learn anything, he knows it all, but the stuff coming out of his mouth is less than knowledgeable, Don't waste your time dealing with these amateurs go to a place that treats you better!!!! I'll never do business here again and I will make sure I let everyone know the horrible way they treat customers. I would rate them 0 stars but I am forced to pick one. I also noticed on all the replies (must be the punk answering them) that its never their fault Blame the customer is their M.O. and just like in the store when you try to talk he loudly talks over you. Not only rude but immature as well but that don't surprise me with his rich boy attitude and gotta call Momie when he gets his feelings hurt. I don't see this store lasting much longer as there are better places to take your merchandise. Beware the looser Punk In your response to D S you blatantly lied, I was there and heard everything that was said and had you listened to what was trying to be said instead of running your mouth you would have heard the truth. I asked her if she had time to sell the firearm because I know a FFL that takes guns on consignment, the only reason I said anything is because she was unhappy with the price you had offered which was $350 and reluctantly went up to $400, She told me she was leaving the next day and asked if I wanted to buy the gun. I told her I didn't feel comfortable buying a gun in a parking lot but If she wanted to go to the FFL dealer I would be happy to introduce them. At this point you came out with your Vapor Pacifier and on your cell phone yelling and cussing about how I was breaking the law and how you were going to call the cops, I tried to explain what was taking place and was told to shut the Fu&K up and that I was never allowed to shop at your crappy store again, and promptly ran back inside the store yelling over your shoulder how I was banned from the shop. Had you called the cops you would have been fined and possibly lost your FFL for verbally assaulting a customer She told me to leave the FFL dealers card on her truck with my number which I did and she called me later letting me know that you were threatening her and telling her if she didn't sell you the gun you were going to call the cops, And that it was Illegal for her to sell it to anyone privately which fits the bill since you like to use that statement but is inaccurate because private sales can be done through a Licensed FFL which is exactly what I was explaining to her and you obviously didn't want her to understand! So now that the full truth is out there congratulation on taking advantage of a unknowing female had she known the law that she had the option to sell her gun privately to an FFL dealer or Consigning it with them she would have felt better walking away from this bully. I am a 20 year Vet who has an impeccable career I have been using two specific gun dealers in town for the past 19 years, have bought and sold more than 40 firearms, and think its despicable that someone would take advantage of another person who didn't know better or I would have never got involved!! Have no worries Myself and my family friends and over 200+ thus far people who have found out about this incident will not be darkening the doors of your pathetic shop ever again!! Even if you chose to apologize to my wife and I for you childish display of emotions we would not come back just for your reprehensible practices of tricking and lying to people to make an extra buck. Your a disgrace to good Pawn shops the world over.

  Look how you act on here. Words are easy. You knew what you were doing and I don't have time for crooked people. Now with all you just said do u really think she would of still sold me the gun if that's how it went down? Your right you can't come into the store not without an apology. Since it was made public I shall post video on Youtube. Watch how he followed her outside then tries to purchase the gun. Now an honest person would not have done that. Why would you say anything u saw we had agreed on a price. You are the crooked one. FYI- she sold me the gun because she didn't feel comfortable selling the gun without a background check like you wanted her to do. Don't tell me about FFL license you were breaking the law fencing is what is called but I already told you that that's when you proceeded to tell me you would go down the street. Here you are shopping in our store next minute following a lady to her car that just had to grab her id to sell me her gun that we had agreed on a price. Anyways I'm done wasting my time on this our store stands for its self. We have over a million customers each year come through that store we don't miss crooks.

  Despite the fact that they don't give as much money on Used DVD collections as pawn shops in Texas, otherwise they are the best pawn shop in Colorado Springs. Not only do they give you two months on your pawn vs only one at other pawn shops, they also let you call in if you are going to be a few days late. The staff is courteous and their store is clean. I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone thinking of getting a loan in Colorado Springs. Just sell your DVD collections online. You will get more money that way. :) P.S. This store doesn't open until 9:00 AM on weekdays.

  Spent several thousands of dollars here over many transactions. Most encounters were OK once you get past thier practice of pricing things closer to new than used and then making you feel like you get a good deal after they give you 50% off (don't trust them had several times when even after the 50% off was still priced above what would be new) They will say they are privately owned and they take more pride in thier practices however despite most my transactions being multiple items totaling $100+ when I attempted to return an item bought the week prior because of incompatibility I was told by the female manager it was against thier policies to accept a return for credit on an item that had no defect other than not being usable in my situation despite the clerk being willing and ready to process my refund for store credit mind you.. Almost as if the lady manager went out of her way to prevent me from exchanging a $25 value item I couldn't use for one I could. I was taken back by the logic and explained my customer history and the amount I do business and store credit would be all that I was hoping for. Her final answer was to deny me the exchange and I informed her she had lost my future business which on its next transaction alone more than covered any restocking fee or inconvenience on thier end. Sad days we live in when over populated areas allow businesses to not care about loosing good customers

  RUDE. EXTREMELY MESSY. You won’t find anything. OWNERS ARE RUDE. OVERPRICED. Brought it to their attention that their items cost more than buying it brand new, went back on a deal we made. When I showed him on my phone and gave him the website he refused to look. Walked away from me in the middle of me asking a question and caused a scene because of his attitude problem. I chose to spend my money at Acme (way better) because of how ignorant the man was.

  Don't pawn anything here. Say they work with military but they really dont, was in training they couldnt accept payments over the phone only layaway payments 🤔, finally got to the store, don't accept debit card for payment, went to "their" ATM instore and their internet was down. 3 trips to a corner store to make a payment. Also they don't tell everything about the terms and conditions of their interest rates until they got your stuff then your trying to figure out why none of your payments aren't going towards the principal. Lady at counter didn't even want to explain anything she asked someone else to and he was short of answers, pretended to click on his computer mouse to look like he knew what he was talking about. Needless to say don't pawn anything here.

  Josh helped me out on a deal for some old games, AND got me in and out quickly, when I went back for a pawn. These guys are willing to work with me, and that is what is really important in a pawnbroker. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Colorado Springs area looking for a deal.

  I went to this location approximately April 9, 2013 to sell my rims with the tires. I was told they are in great condition (which I knew) and was offered $375.00, I rejected this offer and was then offered $425.00 as the best offer. I said I would have to speak to my husband and not sure that was going to work, the female I was dealing with told me she would keep the offer of $425.00 in their computer if I changed my mind. I sent my son back on April 13, 2013 to take them up on the offer. When my son went to sell the rims with the tires he was told by a male who said he was the manager that he could only do $350.00? The female I dealt with was there and the manager stated that she made a mistake but I was confused how you make an offer and then go up on that offer a "mistake" and it was still in "their" computer? I spoke to the manager myself and asked that very question with no response other than, "You should have taken the deal that day then" hmmm... I then told him it was bad business and I would post that business as so on mine, my son's and my husbands Facebook page's and have it shared throughout Colorado Springs, the "manager" then tossed my son his phone back and made a remark about me in front of the rest of the customer's in the location! I will also pass this information within my pool league, work etc... BAD BUSINESS and then make the remarks as he did!!!

  Saw 1 rim gave a quote. Brought back other 3 not in same condition. Obviously we dropped our price. She wasn't happy. I tried to explain to her that rims are hard to sell unless there all in good shape and Craig's list would be her best option. We try our best to help everybody that needs it but were not entitled to hand out money on just anything.

  Worst pawn shop I've been to in my life! Literally everything was overpriced!came in for the"BIG BLOW OUT SALE UP TO 50% OFF EVERYTHING "came in and literally nothing was on sale or had percentage discount prices...guy tried to bargain with me by taking 5$ or 10$ off any item I picked up...definitely could hear the scam bell going off...got out of their fast as I could

  I have bought 2 rings from Walt!! He is awesome and they always have a great selection of jewelry and very fair prices once you haggle a bit!!

  I've done business in here a few times and never had an issue. I don't get all these hateful bad reviews. They've always treated me fairly and given me more money for my items than other shops in town. I will continue to do business here.
