Seth Pergerson1This branch has been a complete mess for years. First off, it’s 2022 and they STILL don’t have a drive up ATM. The walk up ATM has been out of service more times than I can keep up with. The tellers rarely even acknowledge you at the drive through anymore. They just wait for the canister to be sent to them then ask “cash or deposit?” before sending it sailing back to you. To top it all off they gave my drivers license and debit card to someone in another lane once and I was lucky enough that this person eventually returned my cards to the branch. Update 6/23/2022 - Today the ATM took money from me but didn’t credit it to my account. It said the bills would be returned but then after waiting for two minutes the ATM went down. I walked inside and immediately reported the issue. I made the radically ignorant assumption that a bank that has billions of dollars would do right by a customer of 10 years and give me a temporary credit until they resolve the issue. No such luck. Next week when I get paid I am creating a new account with employee credit union and Wells Fargo will be down yet another customer. Thieves.

Laura Barnes1This branch makes it extremely difficult to bank with Wells Fargo. In the past I would visit this branch up to four times a week, not anymore. They do not go the extra mile striving to build relationships with their clients at this branch; there is no "Known" client. I know all the tellers at this branch, including the branch manager, and every single time I go into the branch I still have to show my ID after more than 200+ interactions. I understand policy, but this policy is clearly not universal, throughout Wells Fargo. All branches should go by the same policy in the Branch Operations Manual. Build a relationship with your clients, let them know that you appreciate their business, it is why you have a job!

Sue1Since covid happened, wf has done everything they could possibly do to make banking difficult for customers - shutting down branches (causing increased time/gas to get to another bank), shutting down walk ins, decreasing staff to two in a drive thru resulting in 10+ car lines in each bay, only allowing 3 transactions ( businesses further away now can't make daily trips). I will be switching banks.

John Coppolo1Do yourself a favor and open an account with another bank. After our mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo we moved checking and savings over, it has been nothing but problems. Both accounts have been closed, I can't wait to be done with my mortgage. The next time I but a car and they tell me the loan is through Wells Fargo I'm telling them to forget it.

Brittany Correa4This Wells Fargo branch offers a variety of services. This is the main branch for Hickory, and has an "envelope free" ATM with Chinese, French, Hmong, Korean, Russian,Spanish, and Vietnamese languages. Services include regular banking and new accounts, notary, check cashing safety deposit boxes, cashier checks, and also sells stamps. This branch is wheelchair accessible. They are closed on LABOR DAY, VETERANS DAY , THANKSGIVING , CHRISTMAS EVE , CHRISTMAS , NEW YEARS EVE , NEW YEARS , MLK JR DAY , EASTER , MEMORIAL DAY , and INDEPENDENCE DAY. Overall a good branch, but parking is sometimes hard to find.
