I went in to open up a Wells Trade account (independently operated 401k not based on any employer), I spoke with a banker and as it turns I applied for the Wells Trade account by myself on my phone while I was there, but the banker upgraded my old credit card to 2% cashback now and reconsolidated my personal loan to a much lower rate. It was a good use of time for me, I've been a Wells Fargo customer for years and never go into the bank these days because everything is done on mobile app and with direct deposit. I'm very happy with my personal loan and my new credit card! Big thanks to the banker there!

Denny Lafrienier1Last review made mistake of rating high.( read this entirely)when I have check deposited in n.y”they “hold my check for 2 weeks because of some overdrafts that mostly was nt my fault,att taking money out of my acct twice when they should nt have & a few other acts.and they always hold checks so this effects all my acts.this time,last time,time before,and before. I could go on,and on,I would look for another bank, any bank but Wells Fargo. I was going to Florida Monday on a business trip, bankin with Wells Fargo has made this trip not possible, so now I’m out of work for at least 3 weeks,4 th check held,maybe havin checks held,creditors take money out of your acct cause you have that set up with them,thus making overdrafts, that the bank wants to hold your checks for, so whose fault is it really...

I stood in line forever to find out that I cannot cash my unemployment checks because I don't have an account with them but they will not let me open an account either. Never will I ever tell my friends or family to bank with Wells fargo!

Blaize Higgins1I came in a bit grubbed up after work because my wallet had just been stolen and I had to get money out to replace certain items, I didn't have time to clean up first. The teller and bank manager gave me an incredibly ridiculous and lengthy hassle even after I verified nearly everything related to my account and they had the nerve to comment on my appearance! (Not in a good way) This branch is the closest to my work but I'm closing my accounts with them today and switching to US Bank. I'll pay a few more dollars in fees for decent customer service, which Wells Fargo does not provide.

Heatherton Moreno1A representative called me from this location regarding a case and complaint, and mentioned nothing new that was discussed prior, nor did he help better my experience. I don't understand why he called me. His tone and manner were short with null acknowledgement of my responses to him. Unnecessary call to me, and an unnecessary reminder of my initial complaint. Promises and bad treatment to a customer who has been taken advantage of, and a loyal customer since 2007.

The Roo Lyfe International Show5Left US Bank for Wells Fargo. Very happy. Home Mortgage, Car Loan and Checking and Savings. LUIS the Branch Manager is great with dealing with issues. Very professional tellers and Bankers. Credit Cards and car loans . Luus is the best branch manager in Wells Fargo history. Luis is a 5 star quility service.

Greta Yeadon1This bank gave my son his first car loan. He paid it all on time and paid it off early. They had his loan under the WRONG SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! How does that happen? He gets no credit for paying this loan. They can’t or won’t fix it. This is criminal. He should have kept the car and not paid a dime! It was never really his loan! Doesn’t a persons name and SS number go together????

dragontamer skrill1Stopped at the bank to get some quick cash at lunch time, went across parking lot to food cart to get some food and got a $48 ticket because i am not in the bank. Spoke with bank cashier and they told me parking do not belong to them and they can not help me. I think it is a bad service to a customer. By the way parking was emty and I was the only customer in bank.
