  Churchill helped us as first-time home buyers navigate the whole process very smoothly. We closed in ~2 weeks with their help, and I had their coaching every step of the way. One of their loan officers (Evan) even sent me videos he made explaining various mortgage-industry jargon in response to my questions. We'll be back when our family (and house needs) expand in the future!

  Working with Evan was amazing! My husband and I are first time homebuyers so we had no idea what we were doing, but Evan was so patient to answer our questions and walk us through the process. We hit what we thought would be major hiccups in our underwriting/application process, but Evan worked hard to work some magic to resolve everything. One big thing we really appreciated about Evan is that he was always responsive and quick to get back to us when we contacted him.   I found this company through "Dave Ramsey" I needed help in refinancing and was contacted by Evan Luchaco. Very professional, personable and helpful from the start he went above and beyond to make things right....even by helping paint the house trim for the appraisal. Everyone that I came in contact was helpful and kept me informed with what was happening or going to happen. The whole process was smooth, fast and efficient. A great company for your mortgage needs.
