  Banked here for my business...at this specific branch for something like 12 years and personally with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years. Wonderful, professional folks who consistently provided superb service. Read some of the insulting and even liabilious "reviews"...truly pathetic and sad. Treated beyond well and I recommend them whole heartedly. And that's the simple truth...

  Wow, I have never experienced a bank who doesn't have time to open an account. 4 people in an empty bank and no one wanted to transfer 500K into a new account. I guess another bank gets my business?

  When I first entered there were three employees just staring at me they don't say and just stare at me for a couple minutes and then when finally someone came to assist me they were very, very rude. I applied for a credit card and received mail that I got approved and I just needed to bring a copy of my ssn i could either fax it or mail it back to them. I don't have a fax machine and if Ur I sent it through the mail it wouldn't have gotten back in time so I decided to bring a copy of it because if i sent it through the mail it would've been a copy. Also another reason i didn't wanna send my ssn through the mail is because people could steal it. She said that we couldn't just copy it and she would have to see the physical, but why couldn't she just see my I.D to match it.

  The branch is very friendly and they all try very hard to make my experience as good and quick as possible. Also, most everyone there knows my name when I walk in and they say Hi using it! I did business with Bank of America here in town for 7 years and no one every said Hi when I enter calling me by name!!! For me, everyone at this branch does a wonderful job of Customer service and they genuinely care. Thank you Wells Fargo, and great job to all of you there!

  Sadly I'm compelled to write this review because this branch has failed to due something as simple as order coins for me two times. Once they said it would take a few weeks which was fine but no contact for several weeks I called and they never placed the order. Ordered again as everyone makes mistakes and said it would take a week or two this time which was fine and after a few weeks I called as I didn't get a call and again they never placed the order. Classic Fail Fargo just trying to live up to their scandal ridden name. I've only continued to bank with them because I've been here for 20 years. However is simple banking tasks are this difficult then maybe it's time to cut the cord. Not like they reward loyalty anyway.

  Unfortunately, I've experienced a biased treatment to a simple request based on my background/race. Despite the fact that I remained calm and collect, the manager threaten to call the police in front of everyone, customers and employees. I offered her my phone and mention the Civil Rights Act...she changed her tone. I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo but it provide to be futile.

  This branch always has the best customer service. Everyone I have worked with here is always so helpful and personal. They also have a great team dynamic; they're eager to assist each other with questions or concerns. It's very refreshing to have this quality of service and see them helping each other out!
