      Peilan Shelly is a member service who offered us an outstanding care. Respects diversity , kind, listener, & knowledgeable are few traits I found in her while in our meeting. I highly recommend scheduling with her. I found a sense of connect & humility to my needs.I have noticed sometimes some members at business have a hidden biases while servicing the client and are unable accept a different culture or engage in the meeting. Thus may unknowingly leave the customer feel cynical. Her service came to me as a fresh air. I hope BECU keeps up encouragement to have Ms. Shelly serving their clients for many more years. Thanks!!

      So glad I switched to ALLY bank for all my primary banking. I couldn't even get counter service help today to deposit half my check and cash the other. They wanted me to wait half an hour while they printed me a new debit card to then use it in the lobby..... instead of just helping me over the counter.

      I love BECU. It is the first bank I got. And I’ll probably never switch. All the problems I have are resolved in a short phone call. All my questions are answered on their website or app, or with a phone call. And their workers are amazingly helpful and always positive. They are always there to help you get what you need to the best of their abilities and I really appreciate this bank.

      I have been banking with BECU over 10 years. Never really had any problems, but recently I did experience something that I might want to warn people. If you are Asian and going to the ATM or deposit box, be aware that you might run into a situation where a Caucasian male approach you and say some gibberish Chinese and mock you. I didn't really encounter the person, but I wouldn't feel safe to have my wife or other family members use the facility alone.

      Tina was amazing and helped me with my international wire transfer! She got it created within 15 minutes. I also bank with Chase and they couldn't figure it out. Super impressed with her and this bank!!!

      Kelly McCormick at the Mill Creek BECU just helped me with some routine stuff for fraudulent charges, but also managed to identify and fix a bunch of weird little details that weren't correct and I had no idea. One problem was preventing me from earning as much interest as I should in my checking account! Super pleasant, productive, and reassuring experience. I still love BECU after 12 years of banking here.

      I've been with BECU for years and love them, most frequently visiting their Everett location. This Mill Creek location however has recently become so automated that customers are now greeted by a kiosk rather than a person. There are no tellers here so transactions you can perform are limited. They were not able to process mine. The kiosk asks you to be seated and wait but the waiting space is packed already to capacity. There are flashing screens spouting nonsense everywhere I look. I'm 20 mins into a deposit that would've taken just moments at another location and I haven't even heard even a simple hello from a person yet. I probably won't stop here again. I was in the area and thought, "hey, this'll be convenient... but it wasn't.

      This BECU is well staffed with very helpful employees. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I've never had a problem with this branch since it opened. Wait times for walk in appointments are very reasonable.

      Absolutely understaffed, wait lines are incredibly long over 45 min for simple check. The personnel might be nice but the time and resources management needs large improvement.
