  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Dan will work with you off hours and get you paperwork asap. He will also update you often and when it is close to the closing date, he will literally update and check on you EVERYDAY! Any questions you have, he will answer it with simple and descriptive answers where anyone would understand. He makes getting a mortgage easy! I’ll let you know when I buy a house next, Dan!

  My wife and I bought a house on the tail end of the 2020 Summer house buying craze and Dan was a gem to work with! Dan was polite, professional, and spoke to us in terms that we could understand as first time home buyers. Our favorite part about working with Dan was the speed at which he worked and communicated with us! In a time where every minute mattered, in terms of getting your offer in, we could reach out to Dan anytime and he would respond almost immediately! Due to his speed and great work ethic, we were able to close on our house 10 days early and we were moving in before we knew it! If you're on the fence about which lender to go with, you shouldn't be any more. You found him, and his name is Dan Martin!

  Dan is great! He helped me get approved for my loan quickly and stress free. He helped me answer all my (numerous) questions along the way and made me feel reassured through the whole closing process. Hands down 10/10 recommend using Dan for any home loans you need!!

  Dan is simply the best at what he does. We have done 2 mortgages with him and they were both firsts for us. He helped with our first home purchase and first refinance. He helped us every step with of the way with kindness, patience, and understanding. He answered every question even at night and on weekends and helped us really understand every decision we were making so we felt completely comfortable during the whole process.   Dan Martin got us our house. We were one of a handful of similar offers and the listing agent picked us because she had worked with Dan before and knew that he's a closer. When we first started looking in western WA, he was also the 1st choice of our own realtor (Kira James - Windermere) and it's easy to see why! Dan was absolutely everything we needed in a lender: He is knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated, well-connected, and above all FAST. In a pandemic-era market where underwriters are all completely swamped, and all self-employed income is put under a microscope, Dan was able to close escrow in 20 days! The process was also smooth as can be, since he immediately replied to all of our email questions whether they were at 7AM or 10PM. We could not be happier with the phenomenal job he did!
