      Went to this location to get a cashiers check for auto auction that was the last day to pay it. The bank manager forgot to sign the cashiers check and the auction returned the check and charged me $64 for late payment on other day I came to get it signed and get another check for $64 late fee and asked the manager Kimberly Jackson to waive off the $10 for making the new check because it was your fault and she got angry at me why would we waive off and started arguing with me .She is so unprofessional manager I have ever seen and now closing my account with them and moving to new bank.

      I'm a VERY long term customer. This branch has angered me twice in 2 years, so I'm going public. About a year or two ago I went in...only customer in the bank, but a very long line at the outside window. One teller running 3 car lanes, but not unusual. I stood for 15 minutes before a teller helped me, in spite of a manager & 5 other employes doing other important jobs (I'm sure!) Only the customer's time is not important. After I complained, the bank manager called, but I was busy & never returned his call...Hey, the Plank Rd branch has ALWAYS been good...Anyway, today, I took $3200 in cash for a $3158.99 deposit for my company (our business acct is also with WFB). The teller would not make change for me. She said it was the banks rules. So I cashed $200 out of my personal acct to make change for her. She told me to come inside the bank next time. I won't mention her name, the fish starts stinking at the head! I spent 15 minutes to make a simple deposit. Poor people in cars behind me. I am SO aggravated. I hope it's only this branch, and not a trend! Ed

      Visited this location on 7-31-2021 to do a wire transfer (because for some reason the web site wouldn’t do it) and a teller told me that I needed to talk with a banker. After a few minutes a banker finished with a customer and came over and asked if I had an appointment. I said no I just needed to do a wire transfer. I was told that I needed an appointment or I could wait for 15 minutes to see if the next appointment was a no show. Thus, I waited, and the bankers sat around waiting and after 15 minutes a banker got up, took me to their desk and we completed the wire transfer in 3 or 4 minutes (and I was charged $30 for the wire transfer). Wire transfers are quick and easy, plus I had all the information printed for them to do the transfer. Why they wouldn’t do the transfer while waiting for the appointment I don’t know. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service from Wells Fargo, so I'm moving my accounts. I'm sure the people working there (and Wells Fargo in general) don't care, but it will make me feel better.

      Had to have the bank endorse an insurance check. Bank associate asked for a form that according to my insurance agent and contractor didn’t exist. She was too busy to review my documents but just sat at her desk and did nothing. Worst service ever and a reason to pull all accounts from the bank. Went to another branch and they handled the transaction in 10 minutes. Stay far away from this branch.

      I started using this location of Wells Fargo about a year ago. It's been a great experience. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They remember me and always take time to ask how I'm doing. They were wonderful in helping my wife apply for her first credit card. If you bank anyplace else, you need to rethink your approach! Thank you Wells Fargo!!

      This is the WORST Wells Fargo in the area! I have never been here when I have gotten through the line in a reasonable amount of time! Literally going on 45 minutes trapped in the drive through! The tellers are not friendly at all and incredibly slow. Monifa is the ONLY one that moves greater than a snails pace. They simply do not care about your time. Avoid this branch at all costs!!!

      I visited that branch on 5/12/2021 and was not greeted at all by the very rude and demeaning teller, Alexandra! Not only was I on crutches and was treated poorly but she also talked down to me as she continued to make me resign my withdrawal slip at least 7 times! Total disrespect, filing a formal complaint and will never go to that branch again. It needs to be closed down.

      This particular branch is in need of a serious overhaul in training on customer service. The tellers are didactic and very unforgiving of you following any of their rules for how you do a transaction. If you don't sign the right way or complete your deposit form properly, they chastise you and threaten not to perform the transaction for you. I am so glad we have other options for banking.

      No clue where this negativity is coming from(maybe negative balances)? This bank is the only reason i still use wells fargo. The staff at this Wells Fargo has personally gone out of their way to help with my needs EVERY time i come in there. They are ALWAYS polite and will generally uplift a poor mood. They may not be breaking records at checkout speed but ive never encountered a single error with their service. A personal thanks to Ben for my same day auto loan, and Mrs. Sheri for her outstanding service and attention on every visit. And before you assume they take care of me because i am wealthy, let me assure you, i struggle to get by so that is not the case here.
