  Chad was awesome helping us to get a mortgage coming from out of state. He recommended an awesome agent and together they made our wishes and dreams come through in 15 days! Chad was able to get us a mortgage with a rate we were very happy with and close in 15 days! We were nervous coming out of state and being first time home buyer but Chad and his team made us feel comfortable. Chad was patient and understanding.   Chad Hallett is one of the most dedicated mortgage professionals I have dealt with. His willingness to do the hard work at all times guaranteed a successful mortgage experience for my family. Chad worked very hard over a weekend to ensure my family and I could receive the necessary approvals to submit an offer for the house of our dreams - and our offer was accepted! On top of that, Chad kept in touch with us weekly throughout the process to make sure we were informed about our mortgage. I am not sure "dedication" truly captures his effort.   Chad is a wonderful and caring lender who goes the extra mile for clients. He is honest and trustworthy and never gives up. He is mindful of your time, yet I've often reached out to him after hours or on the weekend and he always answers his phone. He has an incredible work ethic and as a military family, it is nice to work with a fellow Veteran. I highly recommend Chad!

  We highly recommend Chad Hallett Sr.! Not only is he fast in doing his job, he is very efficient and thorough in every detail and makes sure we are properly informed with every process needed to be done so we were equally motivated to submit every requirement needed. My husband was getting out of the military and Chad, along with his associate's assistance, we were able to transition smoothly.
