donna spangler1Worst bank ever. I would advise everyone to transfer any funds that you have there to another bank. No coverage/protection for fraud and no one will speak with you directly to discuss. Constantly referred to another person for another 10 day wait. This is for customers who have been loyal to them for 30 years and throughout all of their public scandals. Just sad to treat loyal customers this way.

rick smith5I met with a lady named Laura who was a great professional to have met with , She handle all of the issues that I had with my account and I had a better understanding of the situation I had with my account and I also thought that she was not nothing less than a first Class Lady through and through. Jessica Caldwell2Yes they are nice but every time I go there they are so slow. There is always only 1 person on the teller line or 2 people in 1 window working on the same thing. I dont wait less than 20mins with literally 1 person in front of me and 2 people in 1 window. I dont understand. You have 4 or 5 teller windows and 1 person working. What is the purpose??

Queen Queen1The Shelby Branch office is the worst bank I've ever done business with. The bank tellers are very racist & prejudice. I had an incident where the bank teller told me "we don't serve your kind around here" mykind being African American. I wrote a complaint to corporate as well as the branch manager & truthfully speaking nothing was ever done about that employees racist remarks. Instead i was made to feel like a lesser individual because im African American. With the exception of two staff members, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE DOES BUSINESS HERE!!!!

Dennis Creedojh5I was a client for 26 years. They were an excellent bank, moved to Tennessee is the only reason I went to another bank. They are 2hours away from me. That is the only reason I've had to go to another bank.
