  We used to deal with a larger bank in Shelby, but switched over our personal and business accounts to Fidelity years ago. The staff at this branch are super nice, easy to work with and very professional! The online services are easy to use and understand. Definitely a great bank to choose for any of your banking needs.

  I interact with this bank for both my personal banking and through my work. I visit the branch office weekly. Customer service is fantastic and flawless. The online banking UI is functional and easy to understand. All the services I end up using -- checking, credit card, safe deposit box, savings, etc have all been exceptional. Bottom line, knowledgeable friendly staff, easy to use online component and accurate accounting.

  My family and I have been a customer of Fidelity Bank since 2007! We have never been more satisfied with a hometown bank! The staff at Fidelity in Shelby are fantastic. The customer service, loyalty, appreciation, and knowledge are the best around. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and timely response we receive no matter how large or small our questions or concerns regarding our accounts. We have developed a great relationship with the Fidelity team and we look forward to doing business for many years to come!

  The staff here is the friendliest around. They make it a point to know all customers by name. I've banked at other banks, but Fidelity is by far the best I have ever used. Their customer service will not disappoint!
