      I went to deposit some cash into a veterans account in appreciation and was told that was not possible. Since I am also a wells Fargo customer I offered a check. Again the manager and teller denied this act of kindness. How sad they do not support veterans particularly since this branch was at the center of the biggest fire in California history and saved from burning. When will the culture at Wells change to helping the community that helps them? If corporate won't allow it maybe the staff can find a way to contribute.

      Recently, every time I go there, they have no staff and they send you to their machines for your business. They need to schedule more people or have their bankers do tellers job. Bankers are sitting at their desks with no customers and there is 1 teller doing everything else.
